Does your child have a disability? Make time for you at MyTime.
MyTime is a free parent support program for parents and carers of children with disabilities or chronic medical condition, connecting you with others in similar situations. It’s a place for you
to unwind, talk about your experiences, find research-based parenting information, and learn new skills. By looking after your own wellbeing, you are looking after your child.
Take time for you. Best of all, it’s free.
